• Waitlist data — until the service launches or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first
• Testimonial recordings and transcripts — for as long as the testimonial is in active use, plus 12 months
• Usage/analytics data — up to 26 months

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
