We collect the following categories of personal data:
Contact form submissions
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message. This is the primary way we receive enquiries.
Waitlist sign-ups
If you join a waitlist for any of our services or products, we collect your email address and any other details you provide at sign-up.
Voice testimonials
If you are invited to provide a testimonial, we collect a voice recording and a transcript of that recording. This is only done with your explicit prior consent.
Usage data and cookies
Like most websites, we collect certain information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time and date of your visit. We use cookies to support this. See Section 7 for full details.
3. How we use your data
We use the data we collect to:

5. Data storage and retention
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Replit Inc. (USA). Where data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR Chapter V.
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Contact form submissions — up to 2 years from the date of submission, or for the duration of any resulting business relationship
- Waitlist data — until the service launches or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first
- Testimonial recordings and transcripts — for as long as the testimonial is in active use, plus 12 months
- Usage/analytics data — up to 26 months
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Third-party processors
We share your data with the following third-party processors who act on our behalf:
OpenAI
We use OpenAI's API to process voice testimonial transcripts and generate AI-assisted content. Data shared with OpenAI is used only for the purpose of generating responses and is not used to train OpenAI's models under our API agreement.
Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive)
We use Google services for internal communications and business operations. Data shared is limited to what is necessary for those operations.
Replit Inc.
Our application is hosted on Replit's infrastructure. Replit acts as a data processor for any data stored in our application database.
Google Chat
We receive notifications via Google Chat when contact forms are submitted. These notifications may include your name and email address.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not share your data with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies on this website. These fall into the following categories:
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They include session management cookies.
Analytics cookies

Our founder has hands-on ISO 27001 implementation experience, which informs our approach to information security.
