Yes. Give us 30 days' notice and we'll pause the partnership. When you're ready to pick it up again, we will — no penalties, no re-onboarding fees.
The full price of The Partnership is £4,000/month. We are offering a small number of founding spots at £2,000/month — half price. Once your rate is locked in, it stays with you permanently, even if you pause and restart.
You can reserve your founding member spot for £1,000. This locks in your £2,000/month rate for life — you don't start paying the monthly fee until a slot opens. When one does, you'll be first in the queue and get a personal email with a checkout link. The reservation fee is non-refundable but is separate from your monthly subscription.
That's the model, and it's deliberate. One active workstream means you get full focus - not 20% of someone's attention split across ten clients. We finish things properly, then move to the next. Depth beats breadth every time.
If you are not satisfied with the work delivered in your first seven calendar days, we refund 75% of the first month's fee. The remaining 25% covers the scoping, onboarding, and environment setup already completed. To claim, email us before the end of day eight (midnight GMT/BST) and tell us what fell short. We process the refund within five working days, no argument.
